A professional seller central account for authentication purposes, and the email id which will be used for all SPN related communications;

Interest in offering at least one of the services listed here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any charges to join SPN?

No, at this time SPN does not charge service providers for listing their services. The service providers charge sellers an independently determined service fee, based on the services offered. If any charge is introduced in the future, we will provide service providers with advance notice prior to implementation of charge.

Who will pay us for the services?

Payments will be facilitated directly between sellers and service providers, based on the service fee determined between the seller and the service provider.

What are the services available under SPN?

We are constantly working to expand the list of services offered by SPN, and which service providers can sign up to offer under SPN, based on the needs of sellers. Currently, service providers can register for the following services:

1) Imaging: Photo-shoot services for sellers. Features include, table-top and model photo shoot.
2) Cataloging: Listing related assistance and content services for ASIN creation including search optimized titles and keywords.
3) Account Management: Services which help sellers with everyday operations such as managing account health and pricing tool assistance to help them work on scaling their business on Amazon.
4) Advertising Optimization: Assisting sellers in managing sponsored advertisement campaigns. Service features may include keyword optimization, optimized bids and targeted campaigns.
5) Training: Offering in-person/ remote training to sellers covering the following modules: launch, managing inventory, order processing, managing returns and performance management.
6) Accounting: Assisting sellers with Amazon payment reconciliation, filing VAT returns and profitability reports.
7) A+ Cataloging (Enhanced Brand Content): Creating customer facing enhanced detail page experience on seller’s product detail pages.
8) Compliance: Offering testing, certification, inspection, audits, and quality assurance services to sellers.
9) Taxes: Services to help sellers with tax registration and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes based on sales and return on Amazon.
10) FBA Preparation: Labeling, poly bagging, quality checks, storage and bundling/kitting products before sending to FCs and packaging services to help sellers achieve Ship in Own Container compliance.
11) International Shipping: Services to help sellers send their inventory to Amazon FCs or to buyers outside of their home country.
12) International Returns: Services to help sellers when international buyers return items from their orders.
13) Storage: Warehousing services for sellers.
14) IP Accelerator: Services to help sellers file trademark registration applications.
15) Excess inventory: Services to liquidate or donate excess FBA inventory.
16) Translation: Listing translation services to enable sellers to list products in local languages
17) Seller Reinstatement (India only): Assisting suspended sellers in filing corrective plan of action.
18) Manufacturing (India and Mexico only): Providing manufacturing services for sourcing needs of sellers.
19) Seller Lending (US, Brazil and Mexico only): Lenders and other financial institutions to help sellers in securing term-loans, working capital and other financial instruments for their capital requirements.
20) Domestic Shipping (India only): FBA enrolled sellers may look for carrier/ shipping services to ship their products to designated Amazon Fulfilment Centers (FCs) from the seller’s premises. Such carrier/shipping services may include doorstep pick up and scheduling FC appointments.

What does Amazon expect from Service Providers?

We expect service providers to adhere to the principles outlined in Amazon Service Provider Code of Conduct when offering Services on Amazon under the SPN. We also expect service providers to adhere to the policies and guidelines outlined here. Failure to comply with the terms can result in removal of listings on SPN or suspension from use of Amazon’s tools and the SPN program.
